Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fudeto (the "App"), provided by Crealize LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You may use the App if you are at least 4 years old. If you are under 13, you must have parental or guardian consent. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to make in-app purchases.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

3. User Content

The App does not accept user-generated content for public display. Bug reports you submit are used solely by us to improve the App and are not shared publicly.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases ("IAP") processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. All purchases are subject to the payment platform's terms. We do not process payment information directly.

• Streak Shield — a consumable item that protects your streak for one missed day.
• Fudeto Pro — an auto-renewable monthly subscription that unlocks Practice mode without first solving the Daily puzzle and enables cross-device restore of your progress.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App.
• Manipulate leaderboard scores through unauthorized means.
• Interfere with the App's servers or networks.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we detect violations. Accounts found cheating may be placed in a restricted tier where scores are not reflected in public leaderboards.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including puzzle designs, graphics, audio, and code — is owned by Crealize LLC or its licensors. The sound effects are licensed under the Mixkit Free License (attribution in CREDITS.md).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Puzzle availability depends on correct device clock settings (UTC date); we are not responsible for incorrect dates caused by device misconfiguration.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crealize LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
