Privacy Policy

Fudeto ("the App") is a daily one-stroke puzzle game developed and operated by Crealize LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information We Collect

Anonymous gameplay data (collected automatically)

• Device ID — a randomly generated identifier created on first launch. Not linked to your name or email.
• Solve time — how long you took to complete a puzzle.
• Attempt count — number of attempts per puzzle.
• Streak — consecutive days solved.
• Country code — two-letter code (e.g. JP, TW) used for the weekly Country Season leaderboard. Inferred from your device language and timezone settings on first launch; never stored beyond the country code itself.
• Puzzle rarity and mode — to maintain fair leaderboard comparisons.

Bug reports (only if you submit one)

If you use the in-app Bug Report form, we collect the text you enter and optionally your email address (if provided). Device info (OS version, app version) is included by default so we can reproduce issues.

Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not use advertising SDKs or third-party trackers.
• We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
• We do not collect your precise location.
• We do not build advertising profiles.

How We Use Your Information

• Leaderboards — aggregate country-level scores for the weekly Country Season. Individual solve times are used to compute percentile rankings displayed in-app.
• Streak tracking — to award streak freeze tokens and maintain your daily progress.
• Cross-device restore (Fudeto Pro) — for active Fudeto Pro subscribers, a snapshot of your progress (streak, solve history, rating, stars) is stored on our server so you can recover it after reinstalling or on a new device. It is keyed to your store subscriber identifier (via RevenueCat) and used only for this restore. If you do not subscribe, your progress stays on your device and is not backed up for restore.
• App improvements — aggregated, anonymized puzzle solve rates help us tune difficulty.
• Bug resolution — bug reports are used solely to fix reported issues.

Data Retention

• Anonymous gameplay data is retained indefinitely to maintain leaderboard history.
• If you email us a deletion request, the anonymous leaderboard records tied to your device identifier are deleted within 30 days.
• Bug reports are retained for up to 12 months.

Your Rights

You may:

• Erase all data stored on your device via Settings → Privacy & Legal → Erase Data.
• Export your gameplay data via Settings → Privacy & Legal → Export Data.
• Request deletion of any anonymous leaderboard records tied to your device by emailing us (see Contact).
• Contact us to request access to or correction of your personal data.

Residents of the EU/EEA have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Children's Privacy

Fudeto is rated 4+ on the App Store and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Security

Gameplay data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in Cloudflare's infrastructure with encryption at rest. We do not store payment card details; all in-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
